Inspired by the concept of Noah’s Ark, the A.R.K. serves as a cosmic repository, designed to safeguard humanity’s finest creative, cultural, and intellectual achievements for future civilizations. This advanced archive houses a curated selection of works across art, science, literature, and more, ensuring that the essence of human expression and knowledge endures in space.

     

    The AstroVault is the primary technology used within the A.R.K., acting as a durable, interplanetary storage device that securely preserves contributions on Earth’s behalf. By launching these works into space, we aim to create a lasting cultural legacy that can inspire and educate explorers, civilizations, or future humans who encounter it.

  • We welcome diverse contributions, such as:
    • Visual Art: Paintings, sculptures, photography, and digital art.
    • Music: Recordings, compositions, and soundscapes.
    • Literature: Poetry, stories, novels, and philosophical works.
    • Film & Media: Documentaries, films, and multimedia projects.
    • Scientific Contributions: Research papers, discoveries, and scientific documents.
    • Personal Stories: Letters, diaries, and testimonials.
  • To submit, visit our Get Invovled page and follow the guidelines provided. You’ll be asked to provide a digital version of your work (art, music, literature, etc.) by submitting a Google Drive link, which securely uploads your project to our servers. We accept various formats, including images, audio files, text documents, and videos.
  • If you’re unfamiliar with Google Drive or need to create a shareable link for the first time, you can visit Google’s official support page HERE for detailed instructions. This guide provides step-by-step directions on setting up a Google Drive link for sharing, ensuring a secure way to upload your work to Space Ark Media.
  • Submissions are reviewed based on:
    • Cultural and Historical Significance: How well the work reflects human culture or innovation.
    • Artistic Merit: The creative value of the submission.
    • Relevance to Humanity’s Legacy: How the work helps tell humanity’s story in the cosmos.
  • Selected submissions will be notified for upcoming missions.
  • Projects selected for inclusion in the AstroVault are part of a globally celebrated archive, gaining unparalleled publicity as they represent humanity’s legacy in the cosmos. Each selected work is preserved in the A.R.K. and celebrated on Earth as part of a historic mission. Contributors receive official acknowledgment, and their work is featured in Space Ark Media’s outreach efforts, creating an opportunity for creators to be recognized as part of a visionary project that transcends borders—and even planets.

This publicity extends far beyond traditional means, as the AstroVault’s missions spark interest worldwide, solidifying contributors’ legacies in a way few other projects can.

Space Ark Media offers selected contributors exclusive opportunities to participate in unforgettable events, including live rocket launch watch parties, landing events, and inclusive concerts themed around the AstroVault project. We aim to bring together our community of contributors, artists, and enthusiasts for immersive experiences celebrating each launch and the cosmic journey of human creativity.

 

  • You’ll receive notifications about upcoming events, giving you a chance to attend these special gatherings, connect with fellow contributors, and celebrate our shared mission. Concerts and launch parties will feature live music performances, speakers, and interactive sessions that honor the milestones of AstroVault missions.

  • Submitting your work gives you a chance to be part of humanity’s legacy, archived in a lasting cosmic repository. Selected creators receive official acknowledgment, and their names (or pseudonyms) are included as part of the digital archive in space.

  • We welcome submissions from artists, scientists, writers, filmmakers, and individuals of all ages and backgrounds. There are no restrictions based on location or experience.
  • Absolutely! Collaborative projects are encouraged. Please include information about each contributor’s role when submitting.
  • Submissions are accepted on a rolling basis, but deadlines may apply to specific missions. All active missions will update deadlines as they near official launch dates and times. Due to the nature of space launch logistics and weather cooperation, launch deadlines can change on short notice.  Check our Missions page for the latest deadlines, and any of those who have already submitted and been accepted, will be contacted and given immediate notice of any changes.
  • If selected, your work will be digitized, archived, and prepared for launch on an AstroVault mission. You will be officially notified and can share details for future audiences who may discover your work in the cosmos.
  • We offer a complete detailed 3D digital scanning service for physical items as well 2d image to 3d model conversion, converting them into formats suitable for space storage. Please mention your interest in this service on the project submission form on the Get Involved page.
  • AstroVaults are engineered to last for thousands of years if not millions under the right circumstances, using advanced materials and technologies to protect against space’s harsh conditions. Your work will orbit or be placed on planetary surfaces for millennia, awaiting discovery by future generations.
  • Yes, multiple contributions are welcome! Each submission is evaluated individually, allowing you to represent different facets of human creativity and knowledge across missions.
  • 2025: Earth Orbital Launches—AstroVault capsules will orbit Earth as a cultural archive.
  • 2025: Soon to be named Lunar Surface Mission!
  • 2026: Lunar Mission on SpaceX Starship—AstroVault accompanies the first crewed mission back to the Moon.
  • 2027: Mars Orbital Mission—AstroVaults will orbit Mars, marking humanity’s presence on the Red Planet.
